  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Arugula1× cup (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Pistachio nuts, roasted and salted0.5× tablespoon (9 g)
  • Mint, fresh1× leaf (2 g)

How to make Salad with Baked Feta, Pistachios, and Strawberries

  1. 1. Finely chop the pistachios with a knife or using a blender. Place the chopped pistachios on a plate.

  2. 2. Crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it. Dip the feta in the egg, then coat it with pistachios on all sides.

  3. 3. Place the feta in an ovenproof dish and drizzle it with olive oil. Put it in the preheated oven at 220°C (top and bottom heat) and bake for about 10 minutes (the pistachios should turn slightly golden).

  4. 4. Meanwhile, place the arugula on a plate and add the strawberries cut into quarters (washed and hulled).

  5. 5. Add the baked feta, torn into pieces, on top of the arugula.

  6. 6. Garnish with freshly chopped mint and drizzle with honey.
