How to make Wrap with Chicken Nuggets, Cheese, and Vegetables

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into larger pieces, resembling nuggets.

  2. 2. Season the chicken with half of the spices and mix well.

  3. 3. Mix the remaining spices with crushed cornflakes.

  4. 4. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg, then coat it thoroughly with the cornflake mixture.

  5. 5. Place the chicken on parchment paper in the air fryer and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, until the nuggets are slightly golden.

  6. 6. In the meantime, mix the skyr with mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Slice the tomato and pickled cucumber.

  7. 7. Spread the sauce on the wrap, then layer with lettuce, cheese, nuggets, tomato, and cucumber.

  8. 8. Fold the bottom of the wrap inwards, then fold the sides to close.
