How to make Homemade Sugar-Free Strawberry Gummies

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the jelly powder. Boil half of the water and add it to the jelly powder, stirring until the powder completely dissolves. Once fully dissolved, add the remaining water (it doesn't need to be hot).

  2. 2. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into small pieces.

  3. 3. Place the strawberries in a silicone gummy mold or evenly spread them at the bottom of a flat, rectangular dish. (For gummy molds, place a few pieces in each compartment, and for a flat dish, spread them evenly).

  4. 4. Pour the jelly mixture over the fruit in the mold.

  5. 5. Place the mold in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours until the gummies firm up.

  6. 6. If using a larger mold, after removing the jelly from the fridge, cut it into your desired shapes, e.g., into cubes.
