  • Soya cream for cooking 15%0.25× package (62.5 ml)
  • Chanterelles1× handful (60 g)
  • Brown rice3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Onion2.5× slice (25 g)
  • Parsley, fresh3× tablespoon (18 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Brown Rice in (Non)Creamy Sauce with Mushrooms and Chicken

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

  2. 2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into cubes, chop the onion and parsley (set aside 1/3 for garnish). Then, sauté the ingredients in a pan with olive oil.

  3. 3. Once the onion becomes translucent and the chicken is browned, add the chanterelle mushrooms (washed and dried) and sauté everything for about 6 minutes.

  4. 4. Pour the soy cream over the chicken and mushrooms, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.

  5. 5. Serve the rice with the creamy mushroom and chicken sauce in a bowl.

  6. 6. Garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
