How to make Labneh with Strawberries, Nectarine, and Almonds

  1. 1. Wash the fruits. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Slice the nectarine.

  2. 2. In a small pot or pan, melt the butter, then add the fruits and honey. Heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3. Toast the almond flakes on a dry pan.

  4. 4. Spread the labneh on a plate. Place the warm fruits on top and sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
