How to make Creamy Cheese with Avocado, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini, and Garlic

  1. 1. Cut the zucchini into half-moons and slice the garlic.

  2. 2. Place the cherry tomatoes, garlic, and zucchini in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil (half of the amount) and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Roast in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.

  3. 3. In the meantime, blend the feta cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, half of the olive oil, and pepper in a bowl.

  4. 4. Scoop out and slice the avocado, and chop the chives.

  5. 5. Spread the cheese mixture on a plate, then arrange the avocado and roasted vegetables with the sauce formed during roasting on top.

  6. 6. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped chives and chili powder.

  7. 7. Serve with toast prepared in a toaster, oven, or lightly toasted bread on both sides in a dry pan.
