  • Tomato puree1.5× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Wheat flour, white, plain1× teaspoon (8 g)
  • Soy sauce1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Dill, fresh1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken in Tomato-Dill Sauce with Potatoes and Cauliflower

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes and cauliflower in salted water until tender.

  2. 2. Clean the chicken, cut it into fillets about 1 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.

  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillets on both sides.

  4. 4. In the meantime, mix water, soy sauce, cream, tomato paste, and chopped dill in a bowl (save a little dill for garnish).

  5. 5. Pour the prepared mixture over the fried chicken fillets and bring to a boil. Cook for about 2 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally.

  6. 6. Serve the chicken with the sauce, potatoes, and cauliflower.

  7. 7. Garnish with the remaining chopped dill.
