How to make Crispy Salad with Kohlrabi and Lettuce

  1. 1. Cut the bread into fairly large cubes. Add to a hot, dry pan and season with garlic and oregano. Toast until you get crispy croutons.

  2. 2. Cut the kohlrabi into thin strips, quarter the radishes, and tear the lettuce.

  3. 3. Make the dressing by blending avocado, water, cream cheese, pressed garlic, honey, mustard, lemon juice and salt.

  4. 4. Mix the lettuce, kohlrabi and radishes with the dressing in a bowl.

  5. 5. Add crumbled cheese and mix again.
