How to make Baked Peaches with Cinnamon Crumble and Skyr

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2. Wash and dry the peaches, cut them in half and remove the stones. Slice into chunks.

  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the flour, erythritol, chopped walnuts, and cinnamon. Then add the oats and butter, and rub everything together with your hands.

  4. 4. Place the peaches in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the crumble on top.

  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

  6. 6. Serve the peaches with skyr.
