  • Strawberries1× handful (70 g)
  • Coffee infusion0.2× cup (44 g)
  • Semi-skimmed milk3× tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Hazelnuts0.5× tablespoon (7.5 g)
  • Honey0.5× teaspoon (6 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Cocoa powder1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Erythritol1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Vanilla extract2 ml

How to make Tiramisu-Style French Toast

  1. 1. In a deep plate or wide shallow bowl, mix the brewed coffee, milk, and half of the vanilla extract.

  2. 2. Heat butter in a pan. Dip the bread into the milk-coffee mixture, then fry the toasts on both sides.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut into quarters.

  4. 4. Mix the ricotta with erythritol and the remaining vanilla extract.

  5. 5. Place the fried French toasts on a plate. Spread the ricotta mixture on top, dust with cocoa powder, decorate with strawberries and chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle with honey.
