  • Quark25× teaspoon (250 g)
  • Spelt flour7× tablespoon (105 g)
  • Blueberries, raw2× handful (100 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Sugar-free vanilla pudding, instant1× package (35 g)
  • Butter6× teaspoon (30 g)
  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Sugar, white1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Baking powder1× teaspoon (4 g)

How to make Protein blueberry buns

  1. 1. Wash the blueberries in a sieve under running water, then dry them thoroughly.

  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the quark, egg, flour (4/5 of the total amount), sugar, baking powder and pudding.

  3. 3. Form flat round patties resembling yeast buns from the mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  4. 4. In a separate bowl, prepare the crumble by rubbing cold butter, the remaining flour and erythritol with your fingers. Once ready, refrigerate the crumble for another 30 minutes.

  5. 5. Place the blueberries and chilled crumble on each patty.

  6. 6. Bake the buns in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
