  • Apple2× piece (300 g)
  • Mango1× piece (280 g)
  • Avocado7× slice (70 g)
  • Blackberries1× handful (60 g)
  • Limes25 g
  • Chlorella powder1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Smoothie with Chlorella, Avocado and Mango

  1. 1. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters and remove the core (if you have a juicer, extract the juice from the apple).

  2. 2. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh. Peel the mango and remove the stone. Squeeze the juice from the lime.

  3. 3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water.

  4. 4. Drink the smoothie right after preparing it, as it will thicken over time.
