  • Olive oil10× tablespoon (100 g)
  • Smoked Paprika10× pinch (10 g)
  • Dill, fresh2× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Breadcrumbs, homemade1× tablespoon (8 g)
  • Garlic powder2× pinch (4 g)
  • Onion powder1× teaspoon (4 g)

How to make Roasted broad beans

  1. 1. Cook the broad beans in salted water until tender, then drain and transfer to a bowl.

  2. 2. Finely chop the dill.

  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt, smoked paprika, onion powder, breadcrumbs and dill. Mix everything well.

  4. 4. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper and place the broad beans inside.

  5. 5. Roast in the air fryer at 180°C for about 15–20 minutes. After 15 minutes, check the texture – they should be slightly crispy, but not dry or hard.
