How to make Overnight Pistachio Oatmeal with Lemon Cream and Raspberries

  1. 1. Mix the oats and plant-based drink, then pour the mixture into a jar. Place it in the fridge overnight so the ingredients combine and the oatmeal thickens.

  2. 2. In the morning, mix together the skyr, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl.

  3. 3. On top of the thickened oats, spread the pistachio cream (leave a bit for decoration), and then add the lemon cream.

  4. 4. Finally, decorate with raspberries and drizzle with the remaining pistachio cream. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
