  • Honey1× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Cinnamon, ground1× pinch (2 g)

How to make Protein dumplings with fruit, skyr and pistachios

  1. 1. Put the cottage cheese, flour, pudding powder, erythritol and egg into a bowl, then knead the dough by hand or with a mixer until all ingredients are combined.

  2. 2. Place the dough on a work surface and shape it into a roll. Cut the roll into diamond-shaped pieces about 2 cm wide.

  3. 3. Bring water with a small pinch of salt to the boil, then drop in the dumplings and cook for about 6 minutes.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, spread skyr on a plate and slice the nectarine. Roughly chop the pistachios.

  5. 5. Place the cooked and drained dumplings on top of the skyr.

  6. 6. Decorate with fresh fruit, pistachios, cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
