How to make Broad bean salad with cherry tomatoes and grilled halloumi

  1. 1. Cook the broad beans in salted water until tender, let them cool and peel them.

  2. 2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Chop the dill and pistachios.

  3. 3. Put the broad beans, cherry tomatoes, dill, pressed garlic, olive oil and lemon juice into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix.

  4. 4. Cut the halloumi into cubes and fry it in a dry pan until golden on all sides.

  5. 5. Place the grilled halloumi on top of the salad.

  6. 6. Garnish with pistachios.
