How to make Protein Cinnamon Roll

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix spelt flour, whey protein, and baking powder. Then, add skyr, honey, and knead the dough with your hands.

  2. 2. Roll the dough into a thin, square sheet.

  3. 3. Mix erythritol with cinnamon and spread it over the dough.

  4. 4. Roll the dough, cut into smaller pieces, and place them in a baking dish.

  5. 5. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C for 15 minutes (or in the oven at 160°C for 17 minutes).

  6. 6. Meanwhile, melt the pudding in a pan.

  7. 7. After baking, pour the warm caramel pudding over the cinnamon rolls.
