How to make Avocado and Egg Spread with Carrot Sticks

  1. 1. Boil the egg until hard-boiled. Cool it down, then peel off the shell.

  2. 2. Finely dice the salmon and onion. Chop the dill.

  3. 3. In a bowl, add the avocado, egg and yoghurt, and mash everything with a fork into a smooth spread.

  4. 4. Add the diced salmon, onion, capers, dill (reserve some for garnish), olive oil and lemon juice, and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5. Garnish the spread with sesame seeds and chopped dill.

  6. 6. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.

  7. 7. Serve the spread with carrot sticks.
