How to make Bagel with egg, asparagus and strawberries

  1. 1. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into thick slices. Hard boil the egg.

  2. 2. Wash and dry the asparagus, cut off the hard ends, then fry them for 2-3 minutes in melted butter in a pan. Season lightly with salt.

  3. 3. Cut the bagel in half, and lightly toast or grill it if you want.

  4. 4. Spread the pesto on the bottom half of the bagel, then lay the lamb’s lettuce, fried asparagus, sliced egg and strawberries on top, then pour over the balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Close the sandwich.

  5. 5. It is best to serve the bagel immediately after it is prepared.
