How to make Baked cabbage à la pizza

  1. 1. Remove the dark leaves from the cabbage. Slice the head into slices about 1 cm thick.

  2. 2. Slice the onion into feathers, drain the tuna thoroughly, and squeeze excess water from the mozzarella (you can use paper towels), then grate it.

  3. 3. Place the sliced cabbage on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  4. 4. Blend the passata with olive oil, salt and oregano, then spread it over the cabbage.

  5. 5. On top of the tomato sauce–coated cabbage, arrange the tuna, onion, sweetcorn, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

  6. 6. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.

  7. 7. Serve sprinkled with chopped dill.
