How to make Baked chicken with pear and gorgonzola in a tortilla

  1. 1. Dice the chicken. Season with salt and pepper, then fry in olive oil.

  2. 2. Peel the pear, remove the core, and slice it. Slice the onion into feathers (thinly slice).

  3. 3. Line a round, ovenproof dish with the tortilla so that it forms a bowl.

  4. 4. On the tortilla, layer the chicken, pieces of gorgonzola, and pear slices. Sprinkle with thyme.

  5. 5. Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C.
