How to make Baked fish with mashed potatoes and pickled cabbage

  1. 1. Rub the fish with oil, pepper and basil

  2. 2. Roll the fish up in aluminium foil and place in a pre-heated oven (200C) for around 20 minutes. Unroll the foil shortly before it is ready

  3. 3. Boil the potatoes, then blend or thoroughly mash them together with the yoghurt, and sprinkle with dill

  4. 4. Serve with pickled cabbage
