How to make Baked fish with mozzarella and tomatoes, with groats and beans

  1. 1. Drizzle the fillets with the juice squeezed from the lemon, them rub with pepper and pressed garlic

  2. 2. Slice the tomato and cheese, then arrange them on the fish. Season with basil and rosemary

  3. 3. Roll up in aluminium foil and bake in a heated oven (180C) for approx. 35 minutes, unwrap the foil around 5 minutes before the end

  4. 4. Serve with boiled groats and green beans
