How to make Baked potato pancake with eggs and chilli

  1. 1. Grate the potatoes and onion, combine with half of the eggs and the oil

  2. 2. Add flour, salt and pepper and a chilli pepper

  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a baking mould (e.g. for tarts)

  4. 4. Break the remaining eggs onto the top

  5. 5. Bake at a temperature of 200C for 30 minutes
