  • Tomatoes cherry2× handful (200 g)
  • Salmon1.5× piece (150 g)
  • Green beans, fresh or frozen0.75× cup (97.5 g)
  • Olive oil6× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Cheese, Parmesan, fresh1× handful (30 g)
  • Lemon2× slice (20 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baked salmon and tomatoes on green beans

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. 2. Wash the salmon, dry it with paper towels and lay it on the tray along with the cocktail tomatoes. Coat both the salmon and the tomatoes in olive oil (1/3 of the amount in the ingredients list) , season with salt and pepper and arrange the lemon on top of the salmon. Bake for 20-25 min.

  3. 3. Meanwhile, place the green beans in a pan with a little water, then cover and stew on a low heat for around 20 minutes until the beans are defrosted.

  4. 4. Once the beans are defrosted, add the remaining olive oil, salt, pepper and grated parmesan, then mix it all together.

  5. 5. Transfer the beans to a plate, and arrange the salmon and tomatoes on top.
