How to make Broccoli and egg salad with mayonnaise sauce

  1. 1. Hard boil the eggs. Wash the broccoli and boil it until soft.

  2. 2. Prepare the sauce in a bowl by mixing the mayonnaise, grated parmesan (leave a little aside to garnish the salad) and mustard together thoroughly.

  3. 3. Place the washed lamb’s lettuce, broccoli florets, tomato halves and peeled egg quarters on a plate. Put the mayonnaise sauce on top.

  4. 4. Garnish with the remaining grated parmesan.
