How to make Carrot fries with mustard dip

  1. 1. Peel the carrots and cut them into fries-like sticks.

  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt (set aside a pinch for the dip), and smoked sweet paprika.

  3. 3. Prepare a baking tray or air fryer basket by lining it with parchment paper, then arrange the carrot sticks on top. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

  4. 4. In the meantime, prepare the dip by mixing the mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, granulated garlic, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

  5. 5. Serve the carrot fries with the mayonnaise-mustard dip.
