How to make Celery, Carrot, and Apple Salad

  1. 1. Cut the celery and carrot into ribbons using a vegetable peeler. Slice the apple into thin slices (e.g., using a mandolin), then into strips (julienne). Place all ingredients in a bowl filled with ice water for 15 minutes to make them crisp.
