How to make Chicken and Vegetable Wrap

  1. 1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in the oil.

  2. 2. Mix yogurt with ketchup.

  3. 3. Slice the cucumber and tomato, dice the bell pepper, and cut the onion into strips.

  4. 4. Spread the yogurt and ketchup sauce on the tortilla, then lay torn pieces of lettuce, the other vegetables, and chicken on top.

  5. 5. Fold the bottom of the tortilla towards the center, then fold the sides.
