How to make Chicken breast in buttermilk and mustard with groats and Brussels sprouts

  1. 1. Mix the buttermilk with the seasoning (Provençal herbs, chilli, pepper, a little salt)

  2. 2. Place the marinated chicken in a pre-heated oven (180C) and roast for around 25 minutes.
