  • Semi-skimmed milk7× tablespoon (70 ml)

  • Tomato concentrate1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Chicken stewed in wine with rice and beans

  1. 1. Dice the meat, and dust it with pepper, rosemary, basil and salt

  2. 2. Pour the milk and wine into a pan. Add the butter and chicken

  3. 3. Mix the concentrate with 1/4 glass of water and add to the pan

  4. 4. Bring to the boil then stew under cover for around 20-25 minutes

  5. 5. Serve with boiled rice and green beans
