How to make Courgette and cheese fritters

  1. 1. Carefully wash the courgette and grate it in a medium-holed grater

  2. 2. Add salt to the grated courgette. Leave the courgette in the fridge for 15-20 minutes

  3. 3. Drain the water from the courgette. Then add the chopped garlic, pepper and eggs

  4. 4. Mix all the ingredients together until they combine

  5. 5. Grate the cheese in a medium-holed grater

  6. 6. Heat up as pan then melt the fat in it

  7. 7. Place the mass in the heated pan and form pancake shapes

  8. 8. Fry until brown then turn over

  9. 9. Place on top of the prepared cheese and cover the pan with a lid

  10. 10. Once the cheese has melted, the fritters are ready to eat
