  • Croissants1× piece (60 g)
  • Skyr, Icelandic yoghurt3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Erythritol2× tablespoon (20 g)

How to make Croissant with Cottage Cheese and Warm Raspberry Sauce

  1. 1. Wash the raspberries and heat them in a pan with half the amount of erythritol until they break down and form a sauce. Stir occasionally.

  2. 2. Blend the cottage cheese with Skyr and the remaining erythritol.

  3. 3. Cut the croissant in half lengthwise, but only on one side (it should only open halfway).

  4. 4. Spread the bottom half with the cottage cheese mixture and drizzle with the warm raspberry sauce.
