  • Sweet pepper4× slice (120 g)
  • Chicken breast, without skin100 g
  • Carrot2× piece (100 g)
  • Natural yoghurt3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Celery45 g
  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Mustard, smooth1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Lemon1.5× slice (15 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Curry, powder2× pinch (2 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)

How to make Curried chicken shashliks with rice and salad

  1. 1. Mix 2/3 of the yoghurt with the curry powder, then coat the diced chicken with it

  2. 2. Alternate pieces of chicken and pepper on skewers

  3. 3. Place in a pre-heated oven (220C) for around 10 minutes

  4. 4. Mix the remaining yoghurt with the mustard, and pour the resulting dip over the shashliks

  5. 5. Serve with boiled rice and salad

  6. 6. Celery and carrot salad

  7. 7. Peel and finely grate the carrot and celery

  8. 8. Add the lemon juice, oil and chopped parsley

  9. 9. Season to taste and mix thoroughly
