How to make Curried rice with asparagus, salmon and courgette

  1. 1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan greased with olive oil, then add the diced courgette and chopped asparagus.

  3. 3. Once the courgette and asparagus are soft, add the rice and seasoning then stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  4. 4. Finally stir everything together with the salmon shredded into small pieces, and garnish with fresh chopped dill.
