  • Mixed vegetables, frozen, boiled in salted water1× portion (200 g)
  • Turkey fillet100 g
  • Natural yoghurt3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Curry powder, mixed flavours1× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Curried turkey breast with rice and vegetables

  1. 1. Cut the meat into strips and coat them thoroughly with curry powder, pepper and a little salt, then fry in a non-stick pan without oil, or brown in an over pre-heated to 180C

  2. 2. Add 100 ml of water to the meat and simmer until it evaporates completely

  3. 3. Mix the yoghurt together with the curry powder, pepper and salt

  4. 4. Add 1/2 glass of water and the yoghurt to the meat. Boil for another short while.

  5. 5. Serve with boiled rice and vegetables
