How to make Fish in garlic coating (à la Robert Makłowicz) with groats

  1. 1. Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a casserole dish or a baking tray greased with olive oil

  2. 2. Mix the breadcrumbs together with the wine and finely chopped garlic and parsley. Add pepper to taste

  3. 3. Put the breadcrumb mix on the fish and drizzle lightly with oil

  4. 4. Place the fish in a pre-heated oven (180 Celsius) and bake for around 20 minutes

  5. 5. Serve with the boiled groats and beans
