How to make Fish, pepper and tomato shashliks with potatoes

  1. 1. Dice the pepper and fish fillet

  2. 2. Cut the onion into feathers, and the tomato into quarters

  3. 3. Spike all the chopped ingredients alternately on skewers. Season with Provençal herbs and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Roast in an oven pre-heated to 180C (preferably with a grill option)

  4. 4. Serve the cooked shashliks with boiled potatoes sprinkled with dill
