  • Brown rice2× tablespoon (30 g)

  • Rosemary, dried2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Fish with courgette, mozzarella and rice

  1. 1. Slice the courgette and arrange it on the bottom of a casserole dish, sprinkle with Provençal herbs

  2. 2. Rub salt, pepper and rosemary into the fish and place it on top of the courgette. Cover with mozzarella slices Place in a pre-heated oven (180C) for around 20 minutes.

  3. 3. Glaze the chopped garlic in heated oil, add the diced tomatoes then add everything to the fish and bake for around another 10 minutes

  4. 4. Serve with boiled rice
