How to make Grilled halloumi with rice and vegetables

  1. 1. Boil the rice.

  2. 2. Pour oil into a large pan, add the peeled and sliced garlic and sliced chilli peppers without seeds, fry briefly while frequently stirring.

  3. 3. Add the diced courgette and pieces of broccoli florets. Add the thyme, salt and pepper, and fry for approx. 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cooled rice and mix, then heat.

  4. 4. Cut the halloumi into slices, rub with oil and fry on a grill pan until golden.

  5. 5. Mix the ingredients of the sauce - lemon juice, oil, honey, salt and pepper.

  6. 6. Mix the lightly fried vegetables with the rice and halloumi.

  7. 7. Serve with the chopped tomato and thinly sliced red onion, after seasoning with salt and pepper to taste and pouring on the sauce.
