How to make Groene shakshuka

  1. 1. Chop the garlic and cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.

  2. 2. In olive oil, sauté the garlic and spinach. Once the spinach has reduced in size, add the sun-dried tomatoes and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3. Spread the spinach evenly over the surface of the pan, then crack the eggs on top. Cover the pan and simmer until the egg whites are set, but the yolks remain runny.
