How to make Herbal fish with vegetables (à la Gordon Ramsay) with groats

  1. 1. Dice the courgette, then fry it in heated oil

  2. 2. Add the olives and the blanched and peeled tomato

  3. 3. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary

  4. 4. Rub salt and pepper into the fillet

  5. 5. Arrange the vegetables in a casserole dish, and on top of them place the fish drizzled with oil and lemon juice

  6. 6. Bake in a pre-heated oven (200C) for around 25 minutes

  7. 7. Serve with the boiled groats
