How to make Indian turkey shish kebabs with curry yoghurt

  1. 1. Boil the groats in lightly salted water.

  2. 2. Dice the meat, slice the carrots and halve the onions.

  3. 3. Mix the olive oil with the seasoning, skewer the ingredients and drizzle them with the marinade.

  4. 4. Roast or grill the shish kebabs for around 20 minutes (180C), meanwhile mix the yoghurt with some of the seasoning.

  5. 5. Serve the kebabs with groats and dip in the yoghurt sauce.
