How to make Kale with tofu and potatoes

  1. 1. Dice the onion and kale.

  2. 2. Heat up half of the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and kale.

  3. 3. Pour in the broth and bring everything to the boil.

  4. 4. Peel and dice the potatoes, fry the tofu in the remaining oil.

  5. 5. Put he potatoes in with the kale and boil on a low heat for 20 minutes (add more water if necessary).

  6. 6. Add the tofu and boil for another 15 minutes.
