How to make Keto shrimp and salmon soup

  1. 1. Melt butter in a pot.

  2. 2. Add chopped garlic and chili pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3. Then add water, soy sauce, cream, mascarpone cheese, thyme, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes uncovered.

  4. 4. Wash the fish and shrimp. Cut the salmon into cubes.

  5. 5. Add the fish and shrimp to the pot. Simmer gently for a few minutes until the fish is cooked. Add spinach, salt, and pepper, and cook until tender.

  6. 6. Serve the soup garnished with chopped parsley.
