  • Tuna, canned in brine, drained1× package (120 g)
  • Tomatoes, sun dried8× piece (56 g)
  • Basil, fresh1× leaf (3 g)
  • Baking powder0.5× teaspoon (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Keto tuna paste sandwich with sundried tomatoes

  1. 1. Heat up the oven to around 150°C.

  2. 2. Separate the egg white from the yolk and beat it into a stiff foam in a blender.

  3. 3. Add the baking powder to the egg whites and continue whisking until the mass becomes glossy and opaque.

  4. 4. Mix half of the cream cheese with the yolks until the ingredients are well combined.

  5. 5. Slowly add the whisked whites to the yolk and cheese mix.

  6. 6. Spread the dough out with a tablespoon onto baking paper, in portions 1-2 cm apart and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. 7. Let the rolls cool.

  8. 8. Blend the tuna, remaining cream cheese and sundried tomatoes into a paste.

  9. 9. Spread the paste on the rolls and garnish with fresh basil. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
