  • Strawberries, fresh or frozen4× piece (40 g)
  • Mascarpone3× teaspoon (36 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Mascarpone with strawberries, served warm

  1. 1. Mix the mascarpone together with half of the erythritol. Pour into a glass or small jar.

  2. 2. Remove the stalks from the strawberries, dice them and fry them in butter with the remaining erythritol until the strawberries release some juice.

  3. 3. Place the fried strawberries on top of the mascarpone.
