How to make Mini Wrap with Avocado, Scrambled Egg and Tuna

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan and crack in the egg. Season with salt and pepper and scramble it while cooking.

  2. 2. Slice the tomato and scoop out the avocado, then mash it with a fork.

  3. 3. Spread the mashed avocado on one half of the tortilla, then add the scrambled egg, tuna, tomato slices and sprouts.

  4. 4. Fold the tortilla in half and toast it on a dry pan on both sides until lightly browned.
