How to make Mustard chicken and nut salad

  1. 1. Mix together the honey, mustard, oil, salt and pepper

  2. 2. Dice the meat and coat it in the marinade produced

  3. 3. Then wrap the meat in cooking foil and roast in an oven heated to 180C (approx. 20 minutes)

  4. 4. Slice the tomato and cucumber

  5. 5. Finely chop the nuts

  6. 6. Mix together all the ingredients.
