  • Onion1× piece (120 g)
  • Soy sauce4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Rapeseed oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Erythritol1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Marjoram, dried2× pinch (4 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Allspice, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Oyster mushrooms à la liver with onion and apple

  1. 1. Cut the onion into feathers. Peel, quarter and core the apple, then cut it into slices.

  2. 2. Heat some oil in a pan and briefly fry the onion and apple. Season with allspice and marjoram. Fry for around 6 min until the onion is golden and the apple soft.

  3. 3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Add the mushrooms to the onion and apple and fry, stirring from time to time. Then add the soya sauce and erythritol, and stir quickly so that all the ingredients are covered in sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
